1st day: Arrival in Errachidia - Merzouga Desert

The journey starts with a pick-up from Moulay Ali Cherif Airport in Errachidia. Then drive south toward Merzouga Desert because most of the flights that land at this Airport arrive at night time, so we’ll head directly to Merzouga. Accommodation in a hotel in Merzouga 

2nd Day: Nomadic Families - Khamlia Village - Flamingoes Lake

After breakfast in the hotel, we commence the second day of the tour to explore the Merzouga region which is famous for its beautiful Erg Chebbi dunes, wild flamingo lake, fossil mines, and awesome palm trees.

To begin, visit the Kohl mines which is an ancient eye cosmetic to make eyes look more seductive and is used mostly by Berber women, also it was believed to protect the wearer against the sunshine.

Furthermore, we head to where the nomadic families live in the middle of nowhere, these people are known for their warm hospitality to guests or strangers, here you will have the opportunity to learn about their traditional way of life, including their simple way of life including customs, crafts, and cuisine.

Next, visit the Khamlia village, known for its lively Gnawa rhythms and melodies of their traditional music, their origins are from Sudan, Mali, and Niger. Plus, visit and stroll in Hassi labied palm grove which is a lush area filled with palm trees, offering a refreshing contrast to the surrounding arid environment

Afterward, begin the camel trek into the middle of the dunes to experience the serenity of the desert, witness the breathtaking sunset over the dunes, and spend an overnight in a traditional desert camp in the middle of the desert enjoying a marvelous evening under the stars, savoring a traditional Moroccan dinner, and enjoy the shooting stars view. 3rd Day: Merzouga Desert - Cedar Forest - Ifran - Fes

Waking up early in the morning is an excellent idea to witness the vibrant sunrise over the dunes in the middle of the desert. After breakfast, we leave the desert and depart toward Fes passing through Rissani, Erfoud, and Aoufous.

Along the way, a stop will be made to enjoy the Ziz Valley view which is a vital water source for the region, allowing for the cultivation of date palms and other crops in the oasis areas that originates in the High Atlas Mountains and flows southeast through the valley, eventually reaching the Sahara Desert.

After lunch in Midelt, we continue to Fes through the little Switzerland of Morocco and meet the wild Monkey in Michlifen Cedar Forest.

Finally, reach Fes in the evening and drop you off at your accommodation and the end of the 3-day desert tour from Errachidia.
