Agadir City

AGADIR: The city does not have the charms of the other Moroccan cities, an old medina, monuments, everything in it was destroyed in the earthquake of 1960, next to it another city was designed, but this lack of heritage has not impeded this modern city to become the second most touristic of the whole country only behind Marrakech.

The fame and its tourist importance will come for the 9 km. of its incredible beach well sheltered, safe and its most incredible climate that makes the temperatures go from a little above zero to not exceed 30, to that we have to add one of the most powerful gastronomic and hotel offerings throughout the country.

In its streets and avenues, you can hear all the languages of old Europe and all the European physical features.

You can visit the municipal museum of Amazigh (Berber) heritage, as well as the remains of the walls of the old medina devastated by the earthquake. Agadir is also the gateway to the great desert that opens on its southern front, the ocean of sand opens near its avenues by the sea, its bars, restaurants, and hotels.
